 Hill View Aged Care Pty Ltd operates two privately owned aged care residences at Ashmore and Merrimac.  Both facilities are attractive and comfortable for residents and staff alike; Ashmore with an “Olde Worlde” charm, and Merrimac with a resort-like ambience including lovely views of the coastline and a coffee shop which overlooks Lakelands Golf Course. 

At both Hill View sites we exceed the lifestyle aspirations of our residents with a focus on exceptional care and service along with creative Diversional Therapy Programs.

We are excited about recruiting additional staff to the Hill View family. We are seeking applicants for the following positions:

 Ashmore

 Requires the following staff, commencing as casual with a view to permanency:

  • Registered Nurses (QNC Registered)
  • Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (QNC Registered)

 Merrimac

Casual and permanent staff are required for the following positions:           

  • Registered Nurses (QNC Registered)  
  • Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (QNC Registered) Personal
  • Assistants in Nursing/ Personal Care Attendants (particulary casuals and night shift)
  • Diversional Therapist (DTAQ Member)
  • Diversional Therapy Assistants

All applicants must have a current police check with successful applicants preferably having experience working in an aged care environment, being committed to Hill View's continuous improvement philosophy and an ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
